新增项目/文章展示区、活跃度图与贡献蛇
- README 增加「项目展示」「文章推荐」区块（暂用占位内容，附替换提示）
- 统计区新增 github-readme-activity-graph 活跃度曲线图
- 统计区新增贡献蛇动画（picture 标签自动适配深浅色主题）
- 新增 snake.yml 工作流，每 12 小时生成 profile/snake.svg 与 snake-dark.svg
- 同步更新 CLAUDE.md 说明

美化个人主页 README 并补充中文 CLAUDE.md
- README 改为简洁留白风：新增渐变 Banner 横幅，统一等宽标题与莫兰迪配色徽章
- 微信公众号、创作者认证声明折叠进 details，首屏更简洁
- 保留 profile 下由 Actions 自动更新的统计卡片
- 新增 CLAUDE.md，记录仓库用途与两个 GitHub Actions 的自动化行为
